Refund policy

 

  • All lash, lash accessories, hair extensions, and hair extension accessories sales are final. No refunds will be issued once you have accepted the delivery of your order. Please email us at info@helloenikeh.com if you have any concerns. 

  • Refunds are available for orders canceled through your account before the order is processed or shipped.

  • Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded. 

  • You have the option of refusing delivery at the door. Your package will be returned to us upon refusal. Once we receive the unopened package back, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment minus a $5 shipping and processing fee.

  • We reserve the right to return any opened, damaged, or used product(s) and deny refunds for such products.

  • If you find your product to be defective, please email us at info@helloenikeh.com with an explanation of what is wrong with the product. Please provide photos or video(s) of the issue to help us identify whether the problem is a factory defect or the result of shipping damage. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, and we strive to become better by listening to our customers’ needs and feedback.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the initial purchase invoice date for the order to be eligible for exchange,  refund, or store credit. Store credit can be used to make purchases on www.helloenikeh.com. If you chose to receive your refund in the form of store credit we will waive the $5 shipping/processing fee.

  • For all orders that require signature at delivery, please note that only the $5 shipping and processing fee will be retracted from your refund upon the successful return of the package back to us by the carrier. For this refund to occur, you must refuse the delivery of the package at the door.
